Max H. Tunnicliff

Mr. Max H. Tunnicliff has served as our Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since November 2025. In this role, he leads the Company’s finance, accounting, audit, and legal functions, and is responsible for establishing strategic priorities, overseeing capital allocation, driving financial performance, and providing guidance and governance. From January 2024 to November 2025, Mr. Tunnicliff served as the chief financial officer of Beko Europe, a leading home appliance business in Europe that was formed in 2024 under agreement between Arcelik and Whirlpool Corporation ('Whirlpool'). Prior to this role, he served as head of internal audit and VP of strategy of Whirlpool from November 2021 to December 2023. He also served as the chief financial officer of the Asia Pacific Region of Whirlpool from August 2019 to October 2021. Earlier in his career, Mr. Tunnicliff held a variety of senior finance leadership roles at Whirlpool across North America and global operations, where he led teams responsible for financial reporting, category profitability, supply chain finance, and commercial planning.
