Caia Baker

Caia Baker, currently serving as Chief Technology Officer and VP of Procurement at Fasteners Direct since June 2013. Additionally, Caia holds the position of Treasurer and Board Member at Women in The Fastener Industry (WIFI) since January 2021. Prior to these roles, Caia worked as a Project Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation from May 2010 to June 2013. Caia earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Monroe Community College.
