The Procurement and Purchasing team at Fasteners Direct is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and acquiring high-quality fasteners and related materials to ensure optimal inventory levels and reduce costs. They work closely with suppliers to implement FD Systems such as Consignment Inventory and Vendor Managed Inventory, enhancing client efficiencies and profitability. Additionally, they collaborate with finance and technology teams to streamline purchasing processes and support specialized packaging and kit production for diverse client needs.
