Will Rue has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Will began their career in 2005 as a Confidential Assistant to the Chief at the Natural Resources Conservation Service. In 2005, they also served as Deputy Associate Director in the Office of Presidential Personnel at The White House. In 2007, Will pursued their MBA at Vanderbilt University and completed it in 2009. Following their education, they joined Fastening Solutions, Inc. as a VP of Operations from September 2009 to December 2015. In January 2016, they assumed the role of President at the same company, a position they currently hold.
Will Rue completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resources at The University of the South, from the year 2000 to 2004. Later, they pursued an MBA degree in General Management at Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management, where they attended from 2007 to 2009.
