Debra (Debbie) Mancino is an experienced professional in customer service and sales management with a strong background in operations and human resources. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Service and Inside Sales at FastenMaster since November 2019, Debbie previously held the role of Manager at Brooks Brothers, where responsibilities included developing customer contact center operations and managing a team of 60-75 agents. Earlier in the career, Debbie worked at Target, first as Human Resource Manager overseeing HR functions for a store and later as Manager of Softlines/Guest Experience, where Debbie played a key role in opening a new store.
