Joe Flaherty

Joe Flaherty has extensive experience in sales management and leadership roles, currently serving as Sales Manager for Refrigeration HVAC-R at FasTest Inc since May 2008, overseeing sales, budgeting, and representative management. Since March 2018, Joe has also held the position of President on the Board of Directors for SBM Fire Department. Previously, Joe was the Mayor of the City of Mounds View, Minnesota from January 2008 to December 2016, and prior to that, Joe managed sales at Weather-Rite from August 1999 to May 2008, where responsibilities included training and managing over 50 representatives across the US and Canada. Joe's early career included serving as Engineering Manager at Weather-Rite LLC from January 1993 to August 1999, guiding a team of 12 engineering personnel, and a service stint in the United States Navy from August 1974 to December 1978. Joe Flaherty is an alumnus of the University of Minnesota.
