Vardan Khachatryan

Vardan Khachatryan, Esq. serves as the Chief Legal Officer at Fastex, where they build and license global fintech and blockchain infrastructures. They have successfully led international teams, secured authorizations in over 30 jurisdictions, and launched an Electronic Money Institution, all while collaborating with various regulatory bodies. In addition to their role at Fastex, Vardan is a law professor at the American University of Armenia, teaching courses on Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies as well as Venture Capital. They are also a co-founder and board member of the WEB3 Armenia Foundation, further contributing to the evolving landscape of digital finance. Vardan is currently pursuing advanced legal studies, including an LL.M in Business Law at the University of California, Berkeley.
