Nilima Hemrajani

Nilima Hemrajani is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education, product development, and entrepreneurship. As the Co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer of Fasthr AI since March 2022, Nilima is dedicated to creating a powerful talent screening engine utilizing Generative-AI. Prior to this, Nilima has been a Professional Educator at CAN Communication Analyst Institute Private Limited since July 2006, where responsibilities include running a Speech and Drama Institute associated with Trinity College of London, training students in communication skills, and developing educational curricula. Earlier experience includes a role as a Product Developer at The Bradford Exchange from June 2000 to 2005. Nilima holds an Associate of Arts degree in Computer Animation from The Art Institutes and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Florida.
