Ben Banda is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in aviation and compliance management. Currently serving as General Manager Compliance at both fastjet and Federal Airlines Pty Ltd, Ben oversees risk management activities and establishes comprehensive compliance oversight programs. As the Owner of CareUK Living Ltd, Ben provides quality care and support for individuals with various disabilities. Previous roles include Chief Commercial Officer at MARATHON AIRLINES S.A., Aerospace Specialist at TrustFlight, and Head of Cabin Technical Operations at Trenchard Aviation Group, among others.
