Allison Dodd

Allison Dodd serves as the Associate General Counsel for Commercial at Fastly since September 2023, previously holding the position of Assistant General Counsel in the same area. Prior to Fastly, Allison was the Head of Commercial Legal at Gem, where responsibilities included establishing the company's first legal commercial and operations function and negotiating various sales deals. With experience as the Director of Product & Commercial Legal at Calm, Allison led the legal strategy for a regulated product launch and negotiated key contracts. At Slack, Allison directed a 14-person commercial legal team, advising on large-scale sales negotiations across multiple regions. Earlier career roles included Senior Counsel at Welltok, Inc. and WhiteWave Foods, and Senior Associate at White & Case. Allison earned a Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from Northwestern University.
