David Hayeems

David Hayeems has a diverse and extensive work experience in finance and accounting, with a specialization in business process optimization, governance risk and compliance (GRC), and ERP system implementations. David has worked in various roles and industries, ranging from pre-IPO to multinational corporations in technology, biopharmaceutical, real estate, financial services, healthcare, and retail. David has served as Vice President of Global Accounting Operations at Fastly since 2022. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of Accounting Operations and Transformation at Grocery Outlet from 2020 to 2022. David worked as an advisor at RGP from 2004 to 2020, providing professional services in finance and accounting, merger integration, divestitures, and ERP system implementations. David also held management consultant positions at Independent Consultant (Finance/Accounting) from 2002 to 2003 and was the Corporate Controller at AtHoc from 2000 to 2001. Earlier in their career, they worked as a project manager and lead finance consultant at Plaut Consulting from 1997 to 2000 and as a Senior Associate at PwC from 1992 to 1996.

David Hayeems has an Honors Business Administration degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University. Additionally, they obtained a Chartered Accountant degree from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
