Varun de Sa

Varun de Sa, MBA, is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Senior Manager of Strategic Finance and FP&A at Fastly since September 2023. Previously, Varun held the position of Strategic Finance Manager for Corporate Development at Mozilla from November 2020 to January 2023, where responsibilities included sourcing and executing complex investment and M&A transactions, conducting industry analyses, and building ad revenue models. Prior to Mozilla, Varun managed financial planning and analysis at Ivalua, led FP&A at Spigit, provided financial analysis at Maxim Integrated, and contributed to research at Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan. Varun holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Rochester's Simon Business School and a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Management and Finance from the University of Mumbai.
