Jim has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Independent Medical Specialists, On-Site Medical Services LLC, and Lifestyle Works Clinic. Jim was also the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at FastMed Urgent Care. Jim Keady has a background in the healthcare industry, with expertise in managing growth, developing leadership executives, and strategic planning. Additionally, they have experience in transportation services as the President of Worcester Coach, where they successfully led in-house marketing efforts and implemented innovative practices.

Jim Keady attended Quinsigamond Community College from 1989 to 1991, where they pursued a degree in Business. From 1990 to 1994, they then attended Framingham State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree.
