Victor van Dijk

Victor van Dijk has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Victor currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Fastned since November 2019. Prior to this, they worked at ING for several years, where their last role was Managing Director - Debt Capital Markets / Origination / German, Swiss & Austrian corporates from October 2011 to November 2019. Before that, they held the position of Business Manager Real Estate Finance at ING from March 2010 to September 2011. Victor also worked at ING Wholesale Banking as an Associate in Event Finance / Capital Structuring & Advisory corporates from March 2007 to February 2010 and as a Management Trainee in ING Wholesale Banking from December 2005 to February 2007. Additionally, they gained experience as a Graduate Thesis at Delta Marine Consultants from 2004 to 2005 and as a Research Assistant (Internship) at Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada from June 2003 to August 2003.

From 2008 to 2010, they attended the CFA Institute where they studied for the CFA exams I, II, and III. However, no specific degree was obtained during this period.

From 1997 to 2005, they pursued their Master's degree at Delft University of Technology, specializing in Civil Engineering.

Between 1991 and 1997, Victor attended Corderius College, receiving their VWO (Voorbereidend Wetenschappelijk Onderwijs) degree.

In addition to their formal education, Victor also obtained some certifications. In October 2017, they earned "Earn the Primary Relationship with the CFO" certification from ING. Furthermore, in November 2015, they acquired the "Leading Orange Leaders" certification, also from ING.
