Fredric Royce

Fredric Royce is an experienced professional with a strong background in visual management and operational improvement. Currently serving as General Manager and Owner of FASTSIGNS of Rancho Cucamonga since August 2018, Fredric specializes in visual marketing signage and graphic design solutions. Prior to this role, Fredric was the Principal Engineer and Owner of Sigma Business Improvement, Inc., focusing on Lean and Visual Management projects between 2016 and 2021. Fredric also held the position of Blackbelt and Quality Engineer at Exemplis LLC, where efforts were centered on quality issue resolution from 2011 to 2016. Earlier in the career, Fredric contributed as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer and Continuous Improvement Manager at Decore-ative Specialties, guiding visual management and improvement initiatives from 2002 to 2008. Fredric holds a Master's degree in Business - Entrepreneurship from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
