R. S. Beard

R. S. Beard is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the sign and graphic franchise industry, serving as CEO/President of FASTSIGNS® since April 1996. Beard transitioned from the Midwest to the Pacific coast, enhancing the franchise's visibility and operations in a vibrant environment. Prior to this role, Beard held key positions at McDonald's Corporation, contributing to the development of the children's indoor playground concept "Leaps and Bounds," and served as Regional Sales Manager at PCA International, overseeing operations and human resources for over 50 portrait studios. R. S. Beard holds a BA in International Business from Richmond, The American International University in London, and a B.S. in Business from The University of Texas at Arlington, along with an Associate's degree in Photography Technology from Amarillo College.
