Vanessa Rivera (Koke)

Vanessa Rivera (Koke) has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Vanessa most recently worked as an Account Executive at FastSpring starting in February 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Account Executive, Growth at MyCase from October 2020 to February 2022.

Before joining MyCase, Vanessa worked at AppFolio, Inc. where they held multiple roles. Vanessa started as a Web Production Associate in June 2015 and eventually became a Senior Web Production Specialist, responsible for developing, managing, and launching websites. Vanessa also completed a course in Selling Through Curiosity to improve their communication skills with clients.

Prior to AppFolio, Vanessa worked as a Client Services Coordinator and Online Resource Center Manager at lynda.com from November 2012 to August 2014, providing ongoing support for enterprise clients.

Earlier in their career, Vanessa worked as an Executive Assistant at InTouch Health from June 2011 to November 2012. Vanessa was responsible for planning and executing sales and marketing meetings and contributed to the planning of the annual customer conference.

Vanessa also gained experience as an Executive Assistant and Account Receivable Specialist at Integra Resort Management from August 2010 to June 2011, where they maintained relationships with unit owners and conducted quarterly inspections.

Vanessa started their career at Hilton as a Recreation Supervisor from April 2010 to August 2010, where they worked with the Recreation Director and General Manager to plan recreational events and manage recreational assets.

Vanessa Rivera (Koke) has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from San Diego State University. Vanessa also attended the University of Virginia for a semester, participating in the Semester at Sea program. Furthermore, they obtained their High School Diploma from Dos Puelos High School.
