Previously, Andrew held various roles within Faststream Recruitment, including Head of Cruise and Superyachts Shoreside and Senior Recruitment Consultant, focusing on shore-based maritime roles. Additionally, from April 2020 to July 2021, Andrew worked as an Aviation Headhunter & Recruitment Consultant at GOOSE Recruitment, which is part of the Faststream Group and aims to excel in the Aviation and Pilot recruitment market.
