Colleen Hutchings

Colleen Hutchings is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Vice President of Client Relations at FastTrack since August 2025 and a member of Chief since November 2024. Colleen previously owned AbsenceWise Advisors LLC, where the focus was on empowering organizations through expert guidance in absence and disability management. Colleen has extensive experience in leadership roles, including Vice President at Alight Solutions, managing US claim operations and Canadian operations, and as Vice President of Operations and Client Services at ReedGroup, overseeing US operational oversight for absence solutions. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Physical Education in Exercise Physiology from the University of New Brunswick and a Master's Degree in Disability Management from the University of Northern British Columbia.
