Emily Pate has extensive work experience in the restaurant industry, specifically in instructional design and operations services. Emily started their career as a Restaurant Manager at Great American Restaurants in 2007. Emily then worked at Hurricane Grill and Wings as the Director of Management Training from 2011 to 2014. Following that, they held the position of Director of Instructional Design at Hurricane Grill & Wings from 2014 to 2018. Currently, they are working at FAT Brands Inc. as the Director of Operations Services & Training, a role they have held since March 2022.
Emily Pate obtained a Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, with a focus on Baking & Pastry, from The Culinary Institute of America, where they studied from 2003 to 2007.
