Tony Palmieri

Tony Palmieri is an experienced professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Assistant General Manager at Fat Tuesday since November 2022. Prior to this role, Tony held positions as Front of House Manager at Piatti Restaurant and Food and Beverage Manager at Fair Oaks Ranch & Country Club, both of which ended due to remodel and COVID-related layoffs, respectively. Tony's extensive background includes serving as a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Marriott International and JW Marriott Hill Country Resort and Spa, along with a management role at HEB as Cooking Connection Manager. Additionally, Tony briefly worked as Culinary Field Manager for Flying J Oil & Gas Inc. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University and an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from St Philip's College.
