Joy Gradin

Joy Gradin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Joy began their career in 2003 at MAHLE as an Engineering Research Systems and Support employee, where they worked until 2013. In 2007, they joined Central Conveyor as a Quality Specialist, and later became an Aftermarket Specialist in 2016. Joy remained with the company until 2022. From 2008 to 2015, Joy worked at Infor as a Global Education Division Data and System Support staff member. Currently, they are employed at FATA Automation Inc, where they started in 2022. At FATA Automation, they serve as both a Technical Writing Specialist since March 2022 and a Spare Parts Manager from January 2023 onwards.

Joy Gradin has a diverse education history. Joy attended Michigan State University, although the specific years are unknown. During 2016, they completed a Lead QMS Auditor Training at Omnex Engineering & Management Inc, focusing on ISO 9001:2015 standards. In 2018, Joy obtained their MBSR first level training from the Beaumont Center for Mindfulness, specializing in Stress Management and Coping Skills.

In addition to their formal education, Joy has also acquired several certifications. In January 2021, they obtained a Lean Specialized Credential from ASQ - World Headquarters. Joy further expanded their knowledge by completing the Agile SCRUM Fundamentals course from Udemy in February 2021. Joy also completed the Decision-Making Strategies course offered by LinkedIn in July 2020. Most recently, in March 2021, they obtained the Microsoft Teams Essentials certification from LinkedIn Learning.
