Fatahi Building is a design-build custom home firm serving Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area.

With over 30 years of experience, founder Majid Fatahi brings a rare combination: he designs the home and builds it himself. The person who imagines every space is the same person on site every day making sure it's built right.

Working alongside Majid is his son Farbod, who manages client relations and project coordination. Together, they deliver a building experience defined by transparency; weekly photographic reports, documented change orders, and clear budget tracking from start to finish.

In the traditional model, design and construction are separate. An architect draws the plans, hands them to a builder, and hopes for the best. Details are lost. Budgets balloon because the designer didn't consider constructability. The finished home drifts from what was envisioned.
