In 2016, they worked as a Customer Service Executive (Insurance) / Administration for Carwins Auto Sdn Bhd, where they were responsible for attending walk-in customers, calculating and coordinating quotation requests, and attending phone calls and inquiries. Finally, in 2019, they began working as a Product Specialist for fatberry.com, where they provided product training, compiled insurer benefits and requirements, prepared documentation, and liaised with marketing and underwriting insurance.
Nur Hasyiqhin obtained a Bachelor's degree in Customer Service Management from Universiti Teknologi MARA from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Diploma in Office and Technology Management from the same university from 2010 to 2013, with a field of study in Office and Technology Management.
