Eugene Sherbinin

Eugene Sherbinin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the IT and digitalization sectors. Currently serving as a member of the Supervisory Board at Satbayev University since June 2023 and the Supervisory Board of both Narxoz University and Astana Hub, Eugene also leads Central Asia operations as CEO at FatBrain AI, which specializes in AI solutions for decision-making and data utilization. As Founder and CEO of Prime Source, Eugene has developed one of Kazakhstan's leading IT companies, focusing on Big Data, Data Science, and other advanced technologies since 2009. Additionally, Eugene plays a key role as a member of the Commission on Digitalization under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, contributing to national digitalization strategies. With previous leadership roles at Alliance Bank and the Agency for Fighting Economic and Corruption Crimes, and a solid educational background in computer systems from Novosibirsk State Technical University and Novosibirsk State University, Eugene Sherbinin demonstrates a strong commitment to advancing Kazakhstan's IT landscape.
