Richard Phillips

Richard Phillips is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various sectors, notably in fintech, property technology, and real estate. Currently serving as Director at Brookfund since August 2020, Richard specializes in pooling high-net-worth capital for targeted projects. Additionally, Richard is a member of the Board of Directors at fatfruit™ and an Operating Partner at both SPIRE Group PH and Housal. Previous roles include Board Member at Fixx and Co-Founder of B38 Group, which successfully exited in March 2021. Richard's earlier experience includes working as an Architectural Designer at Aedas Hong Kong. Richard holds a Diploma in Architecture from Oxford Brookes University and completed education at Exeter School.
