Antonio Serna, MPP, LSW, currently serves as the Homeless Network Coordinator at Father Bill's & MainSpring since June 2023. Previously, Antonio held the position of Fiscal and Social Policy Fellow at the UNH Carsey School of Public Policy from September 2022 to May 2023. In the summer of 2022, Antonio was a Project Siting Intern at the Massachusetts Housing & Shelter Alliance, where responsibilities included designing a research project on permanent supportive housing strategies and providing recommendations based on stakeholder interviews. Antonio also interned as a Housing Program Intern at the Regional Economic Development Center of Southern New Hampshire, focusing on workforce housing development barriers and community engagement. In 2020, Antonio was a Data Capacity Builder Intern at the Community Development Finance Authority, analyzing the organization's Core Community Index to support under-served towns. Antonio earned a Master’s degree in Public Policy and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University of New Hampshire.
