Jim Brady has worked in various roles across a number of companies since 1990. Jim began their career as the Founder of Brady Sailing International, Ltd, providing project management and consulting services for grand prix sailboat racing programs. In 1995, they were a Navigator for the America's Cup, and in 1992, they were an Olympic Silver Medalist in Barcelona. From 1998 to 2000, they were a Consultant and Project Manager for Starwood Hotels and Resorts, and from 2000 to 2009, they were the President of Olympia Development, Real Estate. During this time, they managed a team of professionals overseeing complex real estate developments from concept to completion. From 2009 to 2015, they were the Project Director for SECI REAL ESTATE S.P.A., responsible for the redevelopment of two historic hotels and a residential project in Venice, Italy. Finally, from 2015 to 2017, they were the Developer for the award-winning Press Hotel, a Autograph Collection franchise by Marriott.
Jim Brady attended Clearwater High School until 1981 and then went on to attend the College of Charleston from 1982 to 1985. Jim also took Continuing Education classes at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Commercial Real Estate.
