Robyn Smith-Payne

Robyn Smith-Payne has been working in the construction industry since 2016. Robyn began their career as a Project Engineer at Carroll & Strong Builders, Inc. in 2016. In 2019, they moved to Brailsford & Dunlavey, Inc. and held the roles of Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager. Currently, Robyn is employed at Fathom Companies as an Assistant Project Manager.

Robyn Smith-Payne obtained an International Baccalaureate from the International School of Basel between 2005 and 2009. Robyn then went on to earn a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.S) in Management & International Business from California State University, Monterey Bay between 2014 and 2016. In 2019, they obtained a Construction Management Specialization from Coursera and in 2020, they obtained a Construction Manager-in-Training from the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA).
