Joe Sikora is a Strategist for Programmatic Media at Fathom. Joe has over 20 years of experience in media and advertising.

Joe Sikora started their career in media and advertising at Progressive Insurance in 2000 as a Senior Media Buyer/Planner. Joe then moved to Time Warner Cable Media Sales in 2011 as a Senior Account Planner. In 2014, they became the Director of Advertising Operations & Strategy at Essex Digital Platform. Joe then became the Head of Strategic Paid Media Initiatives at All Media Design Group in 2020.

Joe Sikora is currently a Strategist for Programmatic Media at Fathom.

Joe Sikora has a Master of Business Administration from Cleveland State University, a BA in Communications from Robert Morris University, and certification from The Trade Desk in Edge Academy Certified: Marketing Foundations and Google in Google Ads Display Certification.
