Joanne Zach

Joanne Zach has extensive work experience in finance and strategic advisory roles. Joanne currently holds the position of Sr. Vice President of Finance at Fathom Holdings Inc. Prior to this, they served as a Finance Leader and Strategic Advisor at the North Carolina Museum of Art Foundation and Catalyst Research Inc. from 2018 to 2021. Joanne also worked as a Partner and CFO Services at Rankin McKenzie, LLC from 2016 to 2018. Joanne has experience in corporate finance consulting as well, having worked at INC Research in 2015. Joanne has held positions such as Corporate Controller at Furiex Pharmaceuticals Inc. and Director of Finance at Regado Biosciences, Inc. In addition, Joanne has been a Director of Global and U.S. Finance at SCM Metal Products, Inc. and Ecka Granules, Inc. Joanne has also provided consulting services as a Corporate Finance Consultant at Monaghan Group, PLLC. Earlier in their career, they served as the Head of Finance at Raleigh Swimming Association and as the Sr. Director of Finance at RMA NJ, LLC and Justwin Technologies, Inc.

Joanne Zach obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Fairfield University between 1983 and 1987. Joanne also became a Certified Public Accountant in Connecticut in 1991, with their license being reciprocated in North Carolina in November 2013.
