Jennifer Appleby has extensive experience in operations and real estate, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Carolina Cabinet Company since April 2018. Additionally, Jennifer has been a Broker/REALTOR® with Fathom Realty, LLC since January 2020. As a Managing Partner at North2South Construction LLC since April 2014, Jennifer also held real estate broker positions at Coldwell Banker Advantage and Front Porch Realty between June 2018 and June 2018. Prior to their real estate career, Jennifer worked as a Client Services Manager at Merritt Precision Technology from July 1999 to October 2016. Jennifer's educational background includes attendance at Penn State University.
