Laura Grace

Laura Grace is an accomplished sales broker with extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently working at Fathom Realty, LLC since May 2016, where approximately $150 million in lifetime real estate sales has been achieved. Previously, Laura served at Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston, earning multiple awards and focusing on investment properties and new constructions. Prior roles include account executive and marketing coordinator at McB GROUP Insurance Services and trainer, broker, manager, and co-owner at Realty World Carolina Properties, where significant leadership and mentoring contributions were made. Laura's career began as a teacher in Chatham County Schools, recognized with the Teacher of the Year award in 1993. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Florida Atlantic University.
