Victoria Varon

Victoria Varon is an experienced Realtor at Fathom Realty, LLC, since November 2011, specializing in assisting homeowners and investors in Southern California. As the owner and coach of Coach With Victoria, established in July 2008, Varon provides coaching services focused on personal development. Victoria also holds a volunteer leadership role as the Founding President of the Porsche Club of America Vineyard Region and has served in various capacities in the San Diego Region. As the Founding President of Elevate Leadership Community from January 2017 to November 2023, Varon led initiatives to engage community involvement. Prior roles include Enrollment Manager at WorldWorks Inc., Community Manager at both Equity Residential and Trinity Property Consultants, and administrative support positions at Pacific Construction Group and Profit Techniques, PTI. Victoria holds a Certified Effectiveness Coach qualification from Ideal Coaching Academy and a degree in Communication Studies from California State University, Long Beach.
