Chris Palas

Chris Palas has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Chris started their career as the Owner of HALO Medical Service, a private ambulance company, from 2006 to 2012. Chris then transitioned into the real estate industry, working as a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Modtown Realty from 2012 to 2013. Following that, they held positions at Fathom Realty as a Licensed Realtor and Team Leader from 2013 to 2020. In 2014, they briefly worked as the Vice President of Business Development at Golden Heart Senior Care Dallas and as the Director of Business Development at Esteem Hospice. In 2012, Chris founded WoodenPalace Properties and has been serving as its President, specializing in buying distressed properties and offering home remodel and modification services. Currently, they are working as a Licensed Realtor and Team Lead for The WoodenPalace Group at eXp Realty since 2020.

Chris Palas attended Grayson County College from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Emergency Medical Service Management. Prior to that, in 1987 and 1988, they attended Pottsboro but did not earn a degree or specify a field of study.
