Shannon Potts

Shannon Potts currently serves as the District Director at Fathom Realty, overseeing operations and mentoring agents in Parker, Hood, Johnson, Palo Pinto, Young, Taylor, Erath, and Eastland Counties since February 2022. Prior to this, Shannon held the position of Director of Operations at GS Realty Team at Keller Williams and continued in a similar role as Director of Operations and Team Lead Agent at GS Realty Team @ Fathom Realty from 2015 until November 2022.
