Shari Rios

Shari Rios, Esq. serves as the State Broker for Texas at Fathom Realty while also managing a transactional law firm centered on contracts, estate planning, and real estate. With a diverse background in real estate and law, Shari held roles as a Realtor and educator, teaching continuing education courses for Texas Realtors, and previously worked as an attorney and director of education at National Title Group. Shari’s experience includes in-house counsel at Capital Title of Texas and legal intern at the Department of Veterans Affairs. Shari Rios holds a Doctor of Law from UNT Dallas, an Executive Leadership certification from Cornell, and both a Master of Arts in Counseling and a Bachelor of Science in Human Relations and Business from Amberton University.
