Nasir Mehmood

Nasir Mehmood is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in total rewards and HR operations. Currently serving as Manager of Total Rewards and Culture at Fatima Group since July 2024, Nasir previously held various significant roles at PepsiCo from July 2007 to July 2024, including HR Operations Lead, Head of Total Rewards, and Assistant Manager Total Rewards. Nasir has successfully led HR agendas for the Pakistan Business Unit, managed diverse teams, and implemented compensation programs aligned with corporate strategies. Earlier career experience includes serving as an HR Officer at LUMS, where responsibilities encompassed talent acquisition and the leadership of hiring processes.
