Shannon Tevendale, MBA, PHR, is an experienced operations and human resources professional with a diverse background across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Operations at Faulconer Construction since December 2023, Shannon has held various leadership roles in past positions, including Operations & Human Resources Lead, Director of Operations & Human Resources, and Operations & Human Resources Manager at Astraea from December 2017 to December 2023. Previous experience includes Director of Operations at Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Virginia and Operations Manager at Bad to the Bone Endurance Sports. Shannon also served as Director of Special Events for the National MS Society - Blue Ridge Chapter and Director of Operations & Sales at White Hall Vineyards. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Communications from George Mason University.
