Matteo Federici

Matteo Federici is an accomplished engineer specializing in materials engineering, currently serving as a Testing & Analysis Engineer at FAULHABER Drive Systems since December 2022. Prior to this role, Matteo worked at Brembo S.p.A. from January 2020 to December 2022, contributing as a Testing Application Engineer in R&D and as a Materials Specialist in Advanced R&D. Matteo's experience also includes a position as a technical consultant at InnSight srls in late 2019 and post-doctoral research at the Università di Trento from November 2015 to September 2019, focusing on the development of new materials for braking systems. Matteo holds a Ph.D. in Materials, Mechatronics, and Systems Engineering, alongside a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in materials and industrial engineering from the same university.
