Caroline Gathii is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in governance, risk management, and trade finance consulting. Currently serving as a Committee Member on the Intra Africa Trade Committee at the Kenya National Chamber of Commerce & Industry and as Director at FirstIdea Consulting Limited, Caroline has also held prominent roles such as Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Risk and Compliance Committee at Faulu Microfinance Bank, Board Member and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee at Trócaire, and Independent Director at the Energy & Petroleum Regulatory Authority. Previous roles include Management Consultant for the European Union and Senior Manager at KPMG East Africa.
