Julius Ouma

Julius Ouma serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Faulu Microfinance Bank since September 2021, previously holding the position of Finance Director at Multichoice Kenya from December 2019 to September 2021. Ouma has extensive experience in the banking sector, having worked at Barclays Bank of Kenya, where roles included Head of Business Insights and Analytics and Head of Finance and Strategy for Retail and Business Banking. Earlier experience at East African Breweries Ltd included various roles leading business performance and strategy, as well as financial planning and reporting. Ouma's career began with a research and data analysis position at Strathmore University. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Strategy from the University of Nairobi and a B.Com in Finance from Strathmore University.
