Valkyrie Holmes

Valkyrie Holmes has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Valkyrie co-founded Faura in 2023 and continues to hold this position. Prior to that, they worked as an Engineer Intern at SpaceX from June to September 2022. Valkyrie also co-founded Project Firefly in March 2021 and held this role until September 2022. Valkyrie worked as a Data Analyst at RadiLens from March to July 2022. Valkyrie was a Marketing Consultant at Michael Seiler - Google Launchpad Accelerator from December 2021 to April 2022. Valkyrie participated in the Moonshot Pirates Pitch Competition from May to December 2021. Valkyrie also received the Women in Tech: Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Scholarship at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from June to September 2021. Valkyrie worked as a NASA SEES Intern at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration from May to August 2021. Prior to these experiences, they held the role of Internal Communications Coordinator at Girl Up Oakville from November 2020 to May 2021. Additionally, Valkyrie worked as a Mathematics Tutor from January 2019 to December 2020.

Valkyrie Holmes attended Ed W Clark HS from 2010 to 2022, where they earned a High School Diploma with a field of study in AMSAT. In 2021, they briefly enrolled at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, focusing on Calculus, although they did not complete a degree there.
