Annalise Kohrs

Annalise Kohrs is an Associate UX Researcher at Favor Delivery, where responsibilities include spearheading projects to enhance processes and foster a positive culture within the support organization, advocating for exceptional customer experiences, and effectively managing stressful situations. Previously, Annalise served as a Senior Support Specialist, Culture and Facilities Associate, and Runner Support, focusing on logistics, vendor relationships, and improving operational efficiencies. An earlier role as a Sales Associate at TOMS involved sharing the brand's mission and providing exceptional customer service. Annalise holds a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology from Southwestern University and has served as a Village Leader at Lutherhill Ministries, where educational activities for children were organized. Annalise also participated in a program at the School for International Training in 2014.
