Ed Norman

Ed Norman is an experienced engineering manager currently serving at Favor Delivery since August 2023. Previously, Ed held multiple roles at Codat, including engineering manager, lead engineer, and senior software engineer from March 2020 to August 2023. Prior experience includes a position as a software developer at DRS Data Services from January 2018 to March 2020 and a role as a virtual reality developer at Babcock International Group from August 2016 to January 2018. Ed's early career includes work as a research assistant at the University of Reading, where a grant was received from The Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council for a project on digital model interaction in virtual reality. Ed holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Reading, obtained in 2015.
