John Ferrer is a seasoned Configuration Manager with extensive experience in change management processes across various organizations, particularly within the Department of Homeland Security's SDD sub-organization. Currently serving as a Configuration Manager at Favor TechConsulting, LLC since May 2021, John previously held roles including Configuration Management Lead at TechFlow, Inc. and Lead Configuration Analyst at ENGINEERING, SOFTWARE & NETWORK SERVICES, where John facilitated change control boards and trained teams on configuration management policies.
