Martin Bang Finlov

Martin Bang Finlov has extensive experience in the healthcare and social sectors, currently serving as the leader of the Rehabilitation Team and Night Team as well as a project manager at Favrskov Kommune since March 2020. Prior to this role, Martin was a Rehabilitation Coordinator focused on quality and development in elderly care and a co-responsible individual for fall prevention initiatives. From May 2017 to December 2020, Martin co-founded and partnered with MotusApp, which aims to enhance children's motor development through a new app promoting movement during tablet use. Additional experience includes working as a physiotherapist at Aarhus Kommune's nursing home Søholm and as a café worker and waiter in various establishments. Martin holds a bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from UC SYD, obtained between 2014 and 2018.
