Lieve van Den Broeck

Lieve Van den Broeck has extensive experience in the food and agriculture sectors, currently serving as an Expert Plant Health and Plant Health Inspector at FAVV-AFSCA since September 2009. Prior roles include Packaging & Labeling Coordinator at Janssen Pharmaceutica from October 2005 to August 2009, R&D professional at TerBeke-Pluma NV from January 2000 to January 2005, Research and Development Specialist at Griffith Foods between 1998 and 2000, and Quality Assurance Engineer at Red Band from 1996 to 1998. Lieve holds a degree in Agricultural and Food Industry Engineering from KU Leuven (1991-1996) and has pursued additional training, including a program at BTSF Better Training for Safer Food, which commenced in December 2022.
