Antoinette Pilla

Antoinette Pilla is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer relations, marketing management, and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Customer Relations Manager I at Fay Financial since June 2021, Antoinette has skillfully engaged in various responsibilities, including facilitating communication between marketing and other business units and managing marketing campaigns. In addition, Antoinette is a Partner at Viva ID, overseeing marketing strategies and ensuring customer satisfaction through data analysis. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Payroll Specialist/Marketing Manager at The J. Pilla Group, where Antoinette managed payroll operations and developed marketing materials, as well as serving as a School Counselor at Ardsley High School and an Office Manager at Guttz Corporation of America.
