Robert Bernstein is the Founder, CEO, and Managing Member of PRISM Family Office, LLC, established in January 2003 to manage personal family assets and consult on various sectors including financial services and technology. As a Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board at Guitars Over Guns since 2008, Bernstein supports underserved adolescents through music mentorship across major cities. Bernstein also serves on the Board of Directors at Fay Financial, the Board of Trustees at PFM Asset Management LLC, and is the Chairman of the Advisory Board at Audiience™. Additionally, Bernstein co-chaired the 2022 Stanford Summit on sustainability and has held significant roles at Envestnet, UBS, Macquarie Group, and ENI Oil and Gas. Bernstein graduated summa cum laude with a BS in Economics from The Wharton School in 1974.
